Job description:
- Product Development.
- Lead the ideation, design, and development of new products.
- Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Develop detailed product specifications and technical drawings.
- Oversee prototype development and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance) to ensure smooth product development.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct competitive product analysis to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze product costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Manage and coordinate product development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
- Proven track record in product development, especially consumer product. (daily used)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
