Position: R&D Assistant Manager
Location: Amata city, Chonburi
Salary range: 45,000 - 50,000 THB
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the R&D team in conducting technical analyses and experiments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in materials, equipment, and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
- Manage and coordinate R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 standards and other quality management systems.
- Conduct process trials to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in plastic molding or plastic processing
- Strong understanding of the chemical industry, particularly in plastics and polymer science.
- Proficiency in technical analysis, research methodologies, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English.
