Position: R&D Assistant Manager
Location: Amata city, Chonburi
Salary range: 45,000 - 50,000 THB
Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide the R&D team in conducting technical analyses and experiments.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in materials, equipment, and industry trends.
Identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
Manage and coordinate R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
Implement and maintain ISO 9001 standards and other quality management systems.
Conduct process trials to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in plastic molding or plastic processing
Strong understanding of the chemical industry, particularly in plastics and polymer science.
Proficiency in technical analysis, research methodologies, and data analysis tools.
Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good command of English.
