Position: Production Manager (Painting, Coating)
Location: Chonburi
Salary: 50,000 -75,000 THB Total package.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the products meet quality requirements and Achieve target.
Strong in Painting or Coating process.
Strong in manpower management.
Supervise staff in good discipline & cooperation to the targets / policies
Control production activities as planned to meet customers' requests
Control KPI and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in related field.
Experience in people management, Painting or Coating process in manufacturing at least 5 years.
Document control, have a good problem solving skill, strong leadership and able to work with team.
