Mold Design Asst. Mgr

Our client is an international client who are producing Electronics/Automotive (Aluminum Die Casting processes) looking Aluminum Mold Designer experiences.

• Position                  : Mold Design Asst. Manager – Manager (Aluminum/UGNX Program)
• Salary Range         : Total packages 50K-80K (Depend on experience)
• Location                 : Saraburi Province
• Working hour         : Monday – Friday (8:00 A.M- 17:00 P.M.) (2 Saturdays)
• Business                : HDD Base Plate Die-Casting and Automotive Components Mold Fabrication                                      Hard Disk, Drive Base Plate, Plastic Mold Injection

Job Description

1. 2D and 3D design molds of new model.
2. Support the mold room in solving / improvement of fabrication process issues
3. Manage with design, programming and mold production regarding new project
4. Do Failure Analysis on customer feedback issues, and provides the short term and long term
5. Download/ Control of Product Dwg, ECO, EN, DFM& QGF documents for Design, 
6. Review and summary report of new model production and qualify tooling for meet quality
7. Coordinate with Mold Fabrication Process such as CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut,          Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly and Report to Department Manager
8. Set and Achieve Department KPI and Employees’ KPI
9. Monitoring and Achieve Production Target & Sale Target
10. Production meeting & follow up production progress
11. Propose action to improve Quality System
12. Improve the Product Quality and Achieve Quality Target
13. Communication and solve the problem about quality issue to concern persons
14. Manage all subordinate to perform quality standard
15. Communication with customer for order / sales / delivery / quality and follow up to maximize customer satisfaction
16. Attend the meeting / conference with customers to settle quality issue
17. Monitoring the document control (Manual, Procedure, WI, Control Plan, …)
18. Monitoring Internal Audit, Third Party Audit, Customer Audit, Supplier Audit
19. Supplier control to secure capacity and quality
20. Budget and Expense Control
21. Cost Reduction in Mold Department and Cost Negotiation with supplier
22. Follow Company policy meeting and support activity
23. Provide Education to improve skill of Engineer & Technician
24. Follow Up employee about company rules & regulation and take disciplinary action
25. Educate and monitor subordinate to handle 5S, ISO Management

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree of Engineering, Science or any related fields.
• Experience:  At least 5 years in Mold Design in Hard Disk Drive, Electronic, Plastic Injection, Motor           Business.
• Skill : UG NX Design, GstarCAD.
• Team working and Excellent command on verbal and written communication in English.
• Position requires a matured professional with strong leadership quality with pleasing personality.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing.
