Legal Staff (workplace around BTS Asoke or MRT Sukhumvit, Bangkok)
Position: Legal Staff
Location: BTS Asoke or MRT Sukhumvit, Bangkok
Business: Accounting & Law firm
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 18.00 PM
Job Description
- Act as legal consultant.
- Providing legal document for clients, set up company document, visa work permit, BOI, DBD, business license, Foreign Business License/Certificate.
- Consulting to clients about labour consulting, company regulation, employee agreement, business agreement.
- Liaise with government authority.
- Prepare registration document and filling to government authority.
- Study and prepare legal research report.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Qualification
- This position, total salary range around 30,000 – 32,000 THB
- Experience over 2-5 years in Legal, Visa work permit, company registration.
- Experience in law firm, consulting firm will be advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English with foreign clients.
- Ability to use English in reviewing legal document and consulting.
- Having TOEIC score to ensure the English level will be advantage.
- Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel
- Able to travel to work around BTS Asoke, MRT Sukhumvit, MRT Phetchaburi, Bangkok
- Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in Laws.
