Job Title: Japanese Speaking Sales Support
Location: Ekkamai, Bangkok
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday -Friday (09:00 am – 06:00 pm.)
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
Managed Quotation / Run document for Sale Team
Research and compile customer data and competitor information.
Stay up-to-date on company products and services.
Translator Task (ex; Morning meeting Translate)
Coordinate between Thai and Japanese.
Qualification:
New graduates are welcome
Knowledge in primary sales calculation is highly preferred
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel is a plus)
Proficient in Japanese JLPT N2 (Have Certificate)
