Position: Senior Manager - Business Development [Japanese-speaking]
Business Type: Logistics-Warehouse-Supply Chain-Freight Forwarder.
Location: BTS Thonglor
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM
Job Description:
- Evaluate potential business deals through market analysis and financial assessment.
- Possess deep understanding of business products and their value propositions.
- Establish and monitor commercial activities to achieve sales targets and efficiency goals.
- Develop and execute business development strategies for revenue and growth.
- Identify new markets, services, and products aligned with company objectives.
- Develop negotiation strategies and close new business deals.
- Maintain confidentiality and enhance organizational reputation.
- Seek potential business deals and build relationships with new customers.
- Plan and pitch new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Create innovative and commercially viable solutions for new business growth.
- Define pricing schemes and prepare pitching presentations.
- Handle objections and negotiate to positive outcomes.
- Conduct commercial and trend analysis and develop agreement documents.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field with at least 5 years of experience.
- Technical skills in solution design and client-focused approach.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese.
- Experience in 3PL environment is a plus.
- Result-oriented with a growth mindset.
