Job Description
Provide consultancy and advisory to clients regarding real estate information, land and house trading.
Attend sourcing and presenting real estate and property market in Japan to clients.
Contact and inspect the property with real estate management suppliers in Japan.
Accommodate client during the transaction process until finished.
Assist the client during the move-in stage as well as take care of landlord property.
Manage and plan sales strategy to generate revenue.
Manage and attend property tradeshow for marketing activity.
Translate contract and documentation.
Other assigned tasks.
Qualification
Bachelor degree in any field.
Japanese proficiency (JLPT: N2 or above will be advantage)
English proficiency in conversation and ability to read and write an email.
Experience in sales for 2 years or above in property service or solution service is an advantage.
Good personality, proactive, service mind with good problem-solving.
Ability to use primary software such as MS Office, etc.
