Job Description
- Provide consultancy and advisory to clients regarding real estate information, land and house trading.
- Attend sourcing and presenting real estate and property market in Japan to clients.
- Contact and inspect the property with real estate management suppliers in Japan.
- Accommodate client during the transaction process until finished.
- Assist the client during the move-in stage as well as take care of landlord property.
- Manage and plan sales strategy to generate revenue.
- Manage and attend property tradeshow for marketing activity.
- Translate contract and documentation.
- Other assigned tasks.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Japanese proficiency (JLPT: N2 or above will be advantage)
- English proficiency in conversation and ability to read and write an email.
- Experience in sales for 2 years or above in property service or solution service is an advantage.
- Good personality, proactive, service mind with good problem-solving.
- Ability to use primary software such as MS Office, etc.
