Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sale, business development, preferably in the training or consulting sector.
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 level or higher) and English (TOEIC 800 score or above)
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting tools.
