Overview: Our client is the leading manufacturing company. They are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Security Manager to enhance our IT systems and ensure robust security measures.
Responsibilities:
Strengthen the organization's security system using new technologies.
Manage projects involving changes to office applications and corresponding security system updates.
Oversee the use of AWS and on-premises solutions, including extensive backup management.
Collaborate effectively with factory members and Japan HQ.
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.
Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard data and systems.
Lead the implementation team to support customer requirements.
Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Monitor IT operations to resolve issues, provide support, and maintain operational efficiency.
Oversee troubleshooting and incident response for infrastructure-related issues.
Support the development and implementation of IT infrastructure and security projects for Head Office initiatives and group companies.
Create IT manuals for onsite members.
Qualification:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing IT infrastructure.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
In-depth understanding of network architecture and server management (experience with cloud technologies is a plus).
Proven experience with IT security and compliance standards or frameworks.
Basic familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
