Job Title: HRD Supervisor
Location: Amata City, Chonburi F.3
Salary: 40,000 - 70,000 THB/Month
Function and Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training and monitoring plans to ensure the effective implementation of training programs.
- Design and deliver training courses tailored to the needs of employees and the organization.
- Monitor and assess competency training to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and oversee outsourced training initiatives.
- Facilitate On-the-Job Training (OJT) and implement skill matrix training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Evaluate employee competency levels and devise strategies for competency development.
- Liaise with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of training initiatives.
Collaborate with the Governor's office to align training activities with government regulations and policies.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in training, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
