We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GM - Finance & Accounting to join our team in the Automotive industry. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions within the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals
Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CPA or CFA certification preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
Proven track record of success in a leadership position
