Position: Factory Manager (Japanese Speaking)
Location: Amata City Rayong
Business Type: Food packaging
Salary: 90,000- 120,000 THB
Responsibilities:
Manage and control to ensure the production of all section for achieve target.
Manage by use SQCDMS.
Establish resource requirements to meet production targets.
Maintain the production targets of quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and delivery.
Improve production performance KPI and control cost of production.
To ensure the participation of all sub-ordinates in the company’s quality concern and problem solving strategies.
To operate and enforce the Productive Process, including 5S, Kaizen, etc.
Provide an environment where all employees can develop their skills to meet the demands of the business.
Maintain all working standards such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, ISO2200 GMP HACCP and Kaizen activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
At least 10 year experience in Production fields and strong in manpower management.
Can communicate in Japanese (JLPT 3 up) and English (TOEIC 550 up).
