Our client is a parcel delivery company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teams to oversee project requirements from start to finish, track progress and provide ongoing performance reports.
- Deliver post-sales reports, address customer concerns and engage in regular review meetings.
- Manage customer relations, plan and execute events and activities.
- Update customer data in the system and produce daily reports.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, E-Commerce, logistics or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in the parcel delivery, logistics or E-commerce industries.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and order fulfillment processes with excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to perform well under pressure.
Proficiency in Thai, Chinese and English.
