Hiring: Customer Service (Japanese Speaking)
Location: Bangkok
Working hours: Monday – Friday
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels regarding orders, forms, applications, and requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Collect and keep records of customer for future reference.
Requirement:
Experience in customer service or hospitality will be highly advantageous.
Fluent capability in Japanese and proficient in English (JLPT N2 plus).
Demonstrated ability to generate business through personal contacts and referrals.
