Admin & HR Manager (Pattanakarn) -- 70K Max
Job Description:
1) Administrative Tasks
- Liaison with third parties, industrial parks, and government officials for business startup.
- Prepare various documents for company registration and setup.
- Coordinate documents and applications for BOI, CAAT, and Customs.
- Supervise general affairs activities including staffing, utilities, and facilities.
- Assist with visa & work permit (outsourcing), insurance, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Report to management on related tasks and handle additional duties as assigned.
2) Human Resources Tasks
- Recruitment: Attract, source, and hire qualified candidates, manage job postings, review resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Onboarding: Oversee new employee onboarding, ensuring training completion, paperwork submission, and understanding of company policies. Organize orientation sessions.
- Employee Relations: Address conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues, acting as a mediator between employees and management for resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance systems, conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Coordinate programs to enhance employee skills, manage training needs, organize sessions, and track progress.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies, staying updated on changes and implementing necessary updates.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to improve morale, including events, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Payroll & Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as record maintenance, payroll processing, benefits management, and report preparation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Minimum 5 years working experience in HR & GA in any business.
- Good in verbal, written and communication skills for both Thai and English
- Toeic Score 700+ would be an advantage.
