Position: Software Manager (Embedded System)
Salary: up to 80,000 THB
Location: Bangkok – Central
JAC Recruitment is helping an international software solutions company find potential Software Manager (Embedded Systems) to help develop software related to automotive system and engine control.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the project status which includes but is not limited to risk and workload.
Collaborate with cross-functional team to define strategy for the software development
Manage the quarterly and yearly budget as well as recruitment of the team
Work on the performance review of the team members, setting the target to improve member’s and product’s performance
Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
Experiences:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
6+ years of experience in software development, specifically on embedded systems.
Practical knowledge of C language, MATLAB, Engine Control Module (ECM) would be advantageous.
Proven record of management skills
Strong understanding of SDLC and project management skills with certifications in PMP or CMMI would be highly beneficial but not obligatory.
Strong leadership skills
Business level of English
