Position: Senior Technical Lead
Salary: up to 150,000 THB
Location: Bangkok - BTS (Hybrid)
JAC Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our client’s innovative healthtech and AI team in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers, overseeing the technical aspects of the projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee the technical design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting all quality and performance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define and implement technical requirements.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, providing hands-on support when needed.
Qualifications:
10+ years of Software Development experience with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Fluent in Thai with strong communicative skills in English.
Proven experience in Team Management, including leading, mentoring, and developing team members.
Proficiency in various coding languages and a deep understanding of software development best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
