The Company is Japanese business, at this moment, seeking for an experienced candidate to join as Secretary (Workplace around BTS Saladaeng, MRT Lumpini, Bangkok) 

Position:          Secretary 

Location:          BTS Saladaeng, MRT Lumpini, Bangkok

Business:          Trading

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support secretary tasks with GM and foreign staff.

  • Handle various administrative tasks.

  • Booking air ticket, hotels, travelling and reimbursements.

  • Visa, Work permit, 90 days report. 

  • Handling of company documents, contacting the Department of Business Development (DBD).

  • Operate incoming calls, inquiries, and messages promptly and efficiently.

  • Schedule management, booking trip, cars, hotel, meeting room.

  • Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring proper coordination and organization. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • The salary range around 20,000 – 32,000 THB.

  • Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in English.

  • Experience over 2-3 years in Secretary. 

  • Ability to communicate in English with foreign.

  • Having TOEIC score to ensure English skill will be advantage. 

  • Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel

  • Able to travel to work around BTS Saladarng, MRT Lumpini, Bangkok.
