Job descriptions:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers including acquisition of new accounts to expand distribution network.
- Responsible for customer visits, business reviews, new product recommendations, resolving customers issues, and logistics tracking.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance to achieve these targets as well as develop distribution strategies that align with company goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Manage logistics costs and optimize distribution processes for cost-effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in distribution management, sales (key account management), in FMCG industry
- Proficiency in English (excellent communication and interpersonal skills)
- Ability to work under pressure and, in flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and urgent issues.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and management skills.
