Position:          SALES MANAGER 

Product:           Chemical Raw Material for Personal Care & Cosmetics

Location:          Bangkok

Salary:              120,000 - 150,000 THB

Responsibility:

  • Manage the product portfolio for Personal Care and Cosmetic Ingredients.
  • Coordinate regional sales and product development with the regional team.
  • Work with supply partners on regional product developments.
  • Report regional sales and product developments to suppliers.
  • Acquire new customers in collaboration with the regional sales team in Southeast Asia.
  • Drive market development in Southeast Asia.
  • Provide support for customer application and production-related inquiries in Southeast Asia.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new customers, suppliers, and potential projects.
  • Supervise suppliers and customers and develop new business partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain customer contacts and support.
  • Participate in trade fairs and conferences in Asia and overseas.
  • Maintain and expand customer and supplier relationships regionally.
  • Take commercial and strategic responsibility for several products.
  • Oversee budget management.
  • Handle purchasing, inventory management, pricing, and margin control.
  • Initiate and manage sales promotion activities.
  • Manage key customers and create customer-specific releases.
  • Develop and provide product, application, and market information for the regional sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales and marketing experience in personal care, cosmetic, and homecare ingredients.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
  • Extensive product and application knowledge, along with industry connections and expertise in development and application technology within the personal care, cosmetics, and home care sectors.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and understanding).
  • Willing to travel extensively.
