Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with the operations department regarding each on-hand customer's account.
Prepare and submit cost and freight quotations to customers upon receiving requirements.
Visit and issue visitation reports for new or existing customers upon receiving new requirements.
Update customer information, sales results, and activity data in the monthly sales report.
Prepare presentation materials for manager meetings, sales introductions, new project proposals, etc.
Maintain or improve revenue accuracy within ±5% of the target.
Prepare estimated costs for import/export/warehouse for each shipment and submit them to customers.
Prepare shipment schedules (estimated plans) such as pick-up/return dates, stuffing dates, etc., for new customers.
Set targets for the next year and complete challenge sheets timely as per company regulations.
Build up the sales team.
Monitor internal and external sales training courses.
Train all employees of the sales department on work instructions.
Issue monthly reports for the sales department.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics or any field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
More than 5 years of experience in the logistics business.
Good personality and negotiation skills.
Good command of English.
Fluent in Chinese (HSK5).
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations are a must).
