We are seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor with expertise in wire harness products for electronic applications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the electronics manufacturing industry. This role involves overseeing the quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team to maintain high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage quality control activities for wire harness products used in electronic applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of wire harness products to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
Maintain detailed records of quality control processes, inspections, and audits.
Lead and mentor a team of quality control technicians, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.
Address and resolve quality-related issues, collaborating with other departments to implement solutions.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and industry-specific requirements.
Generate and present regular reports on quality metrics and improvement activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in wire harness products for electronic applications.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of quality control principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in quality control processes.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
