Position: QA Section Manager
Salary: 40,000 50,000 THB / total monthly package
Welfares: Position allowance, Transportation Allowance, and bonus 4 months
Location: Amatanakorn Chonburi
Working Day: Monday to Friday (Saturday per company’s calendar)
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Develop and implement QA policies and procedures to meet organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of QA processes and systems.
Ensure that all products and services meet quality standards before they reach customers.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any quality issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Stay up-to-date with changes in quality regulations and standards.
Prepare for and manage internal and external audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Implement best practices in quality assurance and control.
Facilitate training and development programs related to quality.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., Production, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure quality objectives are met.
Communicate quality issues and initiatives to senior management.
Develop and present quality metrics and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Male, age over 37 years old.
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or Industrial Technology or any in related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance from automotive manufacturer, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of Die-Casting and Machining process.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in quality assurance tools and software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
