Responsibilities:
Production Planning:
Monitor and analyze forecast data to estimate capacity requirements and develop production plans.
Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demands efficiently and cost-effectively.
Manage raw material inventory levels to ensure timely availability for production.
Optimize production capacity to maximize output and minimize costs.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Coordinate with various departments, including purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow.
Oversee import/export operations and manage warehousing activities.
Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and disruptions.
Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and address production planning challenges.
Implement effective problem-solving strategies to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in production control, inventory management, and logistics.
Strong understanding of automotive planning processes (preferred).
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
