Production Manager

• Directs all production activities at the plant site.
• Ensures maximum efficiency and productivity of production facility.
• Ensures production volume, cost and quality of production, and production schedules are met.
• Control and co-ordinate the production activities to achieve company targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing programs for continuous improvement to achieve Quality, Speed and Cost Improvement targets.
• Ensure that the organization's procedures and standards are adhered to when carrying out maintenance
• Ensure, through the workforce under his control, that the quality of workmanship in the final product is to standard acceptable to the organization
• Troubleshoot operational problems;
• Co-operate with other departments to ensure that the throughput meet requirements of both customers and organization.
• Drive to continuously improve company operations competences.
• Perform other related functions assigned or as they become apparent or as management assigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering management or related.
• At least 8 years' production management experiences in multi-national automotive electronics company and familiar with automotive industry methodology.
• In automotive, produces for automotive.
• Experience in SMT line process, to manage SMT workshop, must know the process and how to manage this kind of workshop.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Mature, dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good analytical skills, skillful in trouble shooting, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software.
• Good spoken and written English (Chinese communication is a plus)
