POSITION: OPERATION MANAGER – SEA

SALARY; 150,000 – 200,000 THB
Job Summary:
The Regional Operations Manager will lead and manage operations strategies and execution across Southeast Asia, aligning with group and regional priorities. This role involves optimizing resources, ensuring efficiency, controlling costs, and driving profitability within the region's operations and repairs departments. The manager will also develop and motivate operational resources, build supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of countries business plans to ensure profitability and quality aligned to company and business expectations.
Effectively manage profit & loss in operations and repairs department in the region.
Plan, lead and encourage, develop and motivate operational resources in the region.
Provide effective communication to senior management and local operations team as well as the contract labor employees to ensure profitability and quality including new policy, processes and ideas to align with company business expectations
Structure and build supplier relationships throughout region to maximize business satisfaction profitability
Provide effective leadership to develop operation team members with a view to establishing succession planning. Help coach and train staff.
Find ways to improve operational efficiency, quality, cost and ensure the operations staff accurately manage company assets
Effectively manage operational team performance through development of KPIs, periodic and annual performance appraisals.
Promote and introduce best practices in operations for the region and countries as well as the accountability and competitiveness
Ensure the compliance of company environmental, Health and Safety requirements aligned with the Law
Provide effective leadership to develop team members with a view to establishing succession planning
Provide supports to local team in various operational issues
Develop and support local and regional operations-related projects
Requirements:
Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business
Minimum 5-7 years experiences in management level (in manufacturing, production planning and /or related logistic background)
Experience in lean manufacturing or/and TPS (Toyota Production System) would be advantage.
Good command of English language (oral and written)
Possess a proven” hand on” leadership skill set within an Operational/ Manufacturing environment.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, possessing an ability to communicate at all levels across the Business
