Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with Japanese clients to gather system requirements and provide technical advice.
Assist in the implementation, optimization, and support of various IT systems.
Bridge communication between Japanese clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Provide on-site or remote training and support in both Japanese and English.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in system consulting or a related IT field is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
