Job Duties:
Recruitment and Selection:
Design and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent.
Coordinate interview processes and evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
Manage recruitment channels and vendors to optimize recruitment costs.
Training and Development:
Assist in evaluating employee training needs and formulating training plans.
Design and organize development projects to enhance employee skills and career paths.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs to ensure their efficacy.
Performance Management:
Assist in formulating and implementing performance management systems, setting performance goals, and evaluation standards.
Support management in conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and offering improvement suggestions.
Manage the performance appraisal process to ensure fairness and transparency.
Employee Relations:
Organize employee interviews, handle complaints and conflicts, and provide solutions.
Assist in organizing employee events to enhance team cohesion and employee satisfaction.
Support in promoting corporate culture and creating a positive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in designing and managing the company’s compensation system to ensure market competitiveness and internal fairness.
Manage employee benefits projects to enhance welfare levels.
Oversee the distribution of salaries and benefits to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Compliance Management:
Evaluate the legality and rationality of employment rules and HR measures.
Consult with legal advisors and management to ensure the legality and uniformity of the systems for overseas subsidiaries.
Oversee the implementation of various systems.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience: Over 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in HR management roles.
Skills:
Business-level proficiency in Japanese (N2+ is preferred).
Familiarity with the labor laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at handling interpersonal relationships.
Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of working under pressure.
Proficient in office software.
