Our client specializes in Household Manufacturing
Position: GM
Salary: Max 150,000THB/ monthly (depends on skill and experience)
Location: Samut Prakarn.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage office and engineering team members.
Train team members to produce high-quality product efficiently, achieving a production target per day.
Report to the Regional Head Office and Japan Office on operational performance.
Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) and report financial status to regional and headquarter offices.
Conduct internal meetings.
Work hands-on and alongside the team on-site to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent training and mentoring abilities.
Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
Good command in Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work hands-on and lead by example on the manufacturing floor.
