Position: Japanese Interpreter (JLPT N2, N1)
Business Type: Logistics-Warehouse-Supply Chain-Freight Forwarder.
Location: Thonglor, Bangkok
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Interpret between Japanese, English, and Thai during meetings, negotiations, and other business interactions.
- Translate a variety of documents including emails, reports, and technical documents from Japanese to English or Thai.
- Assist in cross-cultural communications to ensure smooth operations between Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and team.
- Act as a cultural liaison, helping to bridge cultural gaps and enhance understanding between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and local teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese language, linguistics, international relations, or a related field.
- Good in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1) and English TOEIC 500
- Proven experience as an interpreter in a logistics, manufacturing, or related industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey messages accurately and clearly in multiple languages.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic business environments.
