Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for communicating with client business departments, ensuring smooth project communication.
2. Lead business requirements gathering and product research, focusing on digital transformation, business process analysis, system functionality, and blueprint design.
3. Participate in enterprise information system planning, utilizing digital technologies to
provide clients with full life-cycle strategy, organizational, and operational consulting services.
4. Assist IT technical staff by proposing recommendations on technical feasibility, system function planning, and implementation phases.
5. Responsible for addressing typical implementation issues in digital strategy, such as change management, organizational restructuring, business model design, IT investment governance, and human resource management implementation plans.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of project consulting experience, IT consulting experience, internal IT requirements analysis, supply chain, or related experience.
2. Familiarity with at least one of the following industries: consumer goods, retail, procurement.
3. Familiar with product management and supply chain-related work and processes.
4. Experience in supermarket or other retail store operations is preferred.
5. Consulting experience is preferred.
6. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); English is the working language.
7. Willingness to accept long-term overseas travel.
