Job Purpose:

Perform tasks, supervise, plan, and provide recommendations on training and human resource development to ensure employees acquire the knowledge and skills that align with the competencies of each position. Apply the acquired knowledge to improve and adapt work processes, thereby increasing efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Survey and identify training needs to align with company policies and employee job positions.

  • Develop training programs/schedules and conduct training according to the planned needs and training plans to ensure employees can apply the knowledge gained effectively and accurately in their work, enhancing their job skills.

  • Send employees to external training courses (Outside Training) required by law, those needing certified instructors from government agencies, or those requiring specialized expertise from the instructors.

  • Collect documents, books, materials, and tools related to employee learning and store them in a knowledge repository for employees to study and learn more about their interests.

  • Evaluate the training (Evaluation) in terms of instructors, participants, training locations, and teaching methods. Follow up on training outcomes (Follow-up), compile results, announce them, and report training outcomes (Report) to supervisors for analysis and improvements in future classes.

  • Record the training results (Training Record) of employees who have undergone training and certify the courses as required by law. Use these records to plan employee participation in each course and submit Training Records for legally mandated courses to report annual training outcomes to government and human resources departments.

  • Conduct Orientation & Basic Training for new employees to provide organizational knowledge.

  • Prepare ISO documentation related to human resource development to comply with ISO standard requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, or other related fields.

  • Experience in human resource development and training for 0-3 years.

  • Proficient in using computer programs (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Good command of English.

  • Communication and coordination skills.

  • Negotiation skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Capable of handling unexpected situations effectively.
