Position HR&GA Supervisor (Japanese Speaking)

 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR/GA
• Be able to communicate in English (TOEIC 650+ if any)
• Be able to communicate in Japanese (N3-N1)
• Experienced in handling Visa & Work Permit (would be a plus)
• *Be able to keep confidentiality in the workplace and take action when witnessing 
• inappropriate behaviors*
• *Have a neutral point of view and standpoint

 

Job & Responsibilities: 
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including submission of monthly leave and attendance report, organization 
chart, and other HR reports as required 
• Handle processes of employee lifecycle from recruitment, hiring, onboarding, confirmation, and exit procedures 
• Administer employee benefits such as provident fund, medical and health insurance, social insurance, etc.
• Administer processes, policies related to compensation, training & development 
• Assist with the expatriate’s immigration process and administration: Visa, Work Permit, 90 days report 
• Coordinate with HQs if there is further information or assistance related to HR&GA is needed 
• Manage and oversee all general affairs job in the factory (Security guard man, Janitors, uniform, etc.) 
• Facilitate the employee's business trip, including hotel reservations, domestic/overseas air ticket reservations, purchase of
travel insurance and processing allowance payments 
• Manage the IT System for the computers, Internet access, network security, and system maintenance 
• Handle other administrative tasks as assigned
