Human Resource Manager (Chinese Speaking)
Report to: General Manager 
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, practices, and procedures across stores and the head office, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines under the direction of management.
- Supervise daily operations of the Human Resources & Administration Department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Develop and implement personnel policies and programs that address the organization’s needs and contribute to improving overall effectiveness and productivity.
- Oversee compensation and benefits for all employees.
- Manage recruitment and hiring for all job positions.
- Design, implement, and oversee an employee performance appraisal system.
- Promote employee safety and well-being through HR-driven benefits and initiatives.
- Enhance employee performance by supporting development and training through HR policies and programs.
- Represent the company in labor-related matters with external parties and regional teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management, ensuring the effective achievement of the role’s objectives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality about sensitive work matters; discussing such information internally or externally without authorization may lead to disciplinary action or termination.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

 

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a retail environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and Thai (English is an added advantage).
- Well-versed in labor laws.
- Ability to foster effective coordination and communication between local department heads and regional teams.
- Strong negotiation skills, empathetic, and highly organized.
