Head of Litigation
Location: Bangkok (BTS Accessible)

Our client is a leading financial service provider. They are now looking for experienced Litigation head to lead the team.
  • NPL Reduction: develop and execute strategies to recover money owed to the Group, including lawsuits and asset seizure.
  • Legal Operations & Strategy: oversee all legal procedures related to litigation and execution, ensuring everything aligns with company policies and regulations. This includes creating and updating policies, workflows, and systems.
  • Communication & Oversight: clearly communicate plans and strategies to your team and any external legal partners, ensuring timely and efficient execution. You'll also monitor their work to make sure it's cost-effective and benefits the group.
  • Leadership & Legal Expertise: provide legal guidance to various departments within the Group and lead your team to achieve goals efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Protecting the Group: take legal action when necessary to safeguard the Group's intellectual property, reputation, etc.
  • Additional Duties: handle special projects, liaise with authorities, and stay updated on changing legal requirements.
Qualifications
  • Licensed lawyer in Thailand.
  • At least 10 years of successful experience in litigation and debt collection.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry (especially fintech or banking) is a must.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Fast learner with strong ethics and a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working independently and in a multicultural setting.
