Position: Head Chef (Japanese-speaking)

Working time: 6 Days per week, shift work 8 hours per day.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Japanese cuisine (including raw fish and traditional Japanese dishes) and at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proficiency in coordinating with internal and external parties using English or Japanese.
- Capable of planning menu, developing recipes, and conducting staff training.
- Skilled in cost calculation, sales planning, and achieving company-set goals.
- Responsible for supervising and inspecting employee performance, ensuring food quality, customer service, and cleanliness in line with company standards.
- Ability to mentor and develop staff to enhance their performance.
- Oversee and manage store assets and inventories, including raw materials and equipment.
- Strong expertise in quality control and staff management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Japanese communication is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- High standards of hygiene.
- Basic computer skills are advantageous.
- Experience in team management.
