Job Description
- Control overall in Accounting and Finance Dept. (AP, AR, GL-report, Fix Asset, Costing and Bank)
- Budget/5 year plan and cash flow report.
- Control FX, Major project and Month, Quarter, and Year End Closing.
- Oversea and Local reporting.
- General Taxes Report.
- Coordinate with Revenue Department’s officer.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditor.
- Coordinate with bank for all transactions.
- Payment Weekly for recheck Payment Voucher, review payment and email to FC and MD for approval in HSBC system
- Weekly report for cashflow, sale and OI, BCF • Month-end for report month end, upload data to SAP, Projection, FS, BOJ5
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Finance and Banking or related fields
- At least 5 years of related professional experience in finance
- Computer Skills - Excel, Word, and power point • Good command of both spoken and written English and computer literacy in MS Office
