POSITION:        SALES ENGINEER

PRODUCT:        CUTTING TOOLS, TOOL SOLUTION

LOCATION:       BANGKOK

SALARY:            50,000 THB

Responsibility:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify key customers that align with the company's strategy.
  • Schedule productive customer visits with a clear purpose and agenda to benefit both the customer and the company.
  • Practice active listening to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a strong network and respond to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with customers and business partners to negotiate agreements that achieve optimal solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align products and processes, ensuring they meet customer requirements.
  • Promote the full range of company products and services to address customer needs for both products and applications.
  • Proactively sell products and services by offering value-added solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Seek to secure sales orders by gaining customer agreement and buy-in for proposed solutions.
  • Document and report sales activities, including test reports, cost savings, and business forecasts, by monitoring customers and competitors.
  • Stay close to the market to understand potential customer needs, identify, evaluate, and develop new customers proactively.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in engineering, advanced technical degree, or experience yielding equivalent knowledge in cutting tool technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Tooling/Precision Tooling Industry OR 5 years of manufacturing experience and ability to sell in end-user and channel sales model
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution marketplace.
  • Experience in working independently from a home office or virtual office environment, and traveling a significant amount of time
  • Possess valid driving license.
