Position: International Sales & Business Development Deputy Department Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Sales and Marketing activities in strategic countries/regions, collaborating with distributors and directly engaging with key Accounts.
- Lead contract negotiation and execution, define pricing strategies, allocation, and market approaches to maximize profitability.
- Deploy Marketing Strategies, including MARCOM initiatives, and regularly update market trends analysis.
- Define and deploy marketing and sales strategies, including commercial plans, programs, and activities to drive business growth.
- Manage customer relationships effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee pricing strategies and contract management to optimize revenue and margins.
- Manage commercial channels to reach target markets efficiently and effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical science or engineering is required.
- 5-10 years of experience in International Chemical Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience in conducting Market Studies and understanding Customers' needs and industry Trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and market research capabilities.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent English communication
