Position: Engineering, Tech Innovation lead (O&M) Manager
Responsibilities:
Translate strategic direction and spearhead the development of operational plans for engineering design, technical responsibilities, and technology & innovation initiatives for company business to ensure clarity, alignment, and achievement of desired outcomes.
Lead and oversee the development of conceptual studies and project management plans, including process workflows, civil and structural elements, electrical and control systems, equipment/material planning, cost budgeting and allocation, and project team scheduling, to ensure feasibility, compliance with policies and standards, and alignment with project terms of reference.
Direct and manage the identification of necessary resources and capabilities, such as available infrastructure, services, equipment, and labor, to ensure project completion within target cost estimations.
Guide and supervise the technical design and cost estimation in the proposal development process to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment with customer requirements, adherence to engineering standards and best practices, technical and financial feasibility, and alignment with the proposal development strategy.
Provide technical insights and support for project proposal presentations to ensure the customer fully understands the technical aspects of the proposal, meeting target requirements and standards.
Offer technical expertise, insights, and recommendations for project commissioning to ensure that installed or constructed systems operate according to standards and specifications, with optimal quality and efficiency.
Lead and manage the development of detailed and as-built drawings for completed projects, ensuring outputs meet quality standards and are delivered within the agreed-upon timeline.
Drive the exploration and evaluation of new engineering and maintenance knowledge, along with best practices, to stay updated on technology and innovation trends and support the continued advancement of company business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor 's degree in Environmental engineering or related field or master’s degree in engineering or engineering Designed is preferred
Minimum of 10-15 years of Engineering & technical & innovation & Design related experience
At least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the Water Treatment or related industry
Proficiency in computer skills, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, BIM, Excel
Experience in Design Management and project management for W&L Project during design and construction stage by coordinating with Project Manager, consultants, internal team. Control cost and timeline
