Employee Relations & Engagement Manager
Location: Bangkok


Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement internal initiatives to foster collaboration and employee engagement.
  • Develop and oversee an employee wellbeing program.
  • Create and execute organization-wide strategies to enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Actively promote a positive and collaborative work environment that supports employee wellbeing, boosts morale, and enhances productivity.
  • Manage employee engagement programs, internal communications, and people-related activities in partnership with the line manager, HR team, internal communications team, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate related events, including identifying venues, speakers, and participants, and collaborate with the line manager to prepare and monitor budgets.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, Employee Relations & Engagement to implement the organization's safety plan.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with employees and develop retention programs.
  • Enhance employee satisfaction through monthly employee relations activities and involvement in the organization.
  • Manage the publication of the monthly HR Magazine.
  • Provide coaching to junior HR members and lead assigned HR projects.

Qualifications:
 
  • Fluent in Thai and good command of English (especially in writing skills).
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, or Corporate Culture.
  • Ability to audit and monitor quality outputs while sharing expertise to achieve high performance levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with employees, executives, and external partners, fostering engagement.
  • Understand and respond to employee needs, aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Experience as an MC at events and activities is a plus.
  • Proficiency in social media, online events, live streaming, and their appropriate usage.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply statistical data and mathematical concepts to HR processes.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation (writing skills for internal communication and newsletter will be very beneficial).
