Position Overview: The eCommerce Platform Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the eCommerce platform to ensure efficient order processing, timely deliveries, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the eCommerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to enhance fulfillment processes.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries, implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and guide the eCommerce support team, providing training and performance evaluations as needed.
- Generate and review performance reports, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure the platform adheres to industry standards and regulations and implement necessary security measures to safeguard customer data.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, eCommerce, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably within the parcel delivery or logistics sector, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms and order fulfillment processes, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team and implement process improvements.
Good in Thai, Chinese and English.
