• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3 years experience in technical service , customer support , quality control, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Good command in Chinese / English
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Job description
• Conduct quality approval certification.
• Handle complaints and minimize claim compensation.
• Investigate and sort materials on-site to address customer issues.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Inspection, Production).
