Our client is a manufacturing company. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing clients to comprehensively understand and assess their specific needs and requirements.
Collaborate with dealers and distributors to recommend optimal equipment solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with the company’s high-quality standards.
Support dealers and distributors by providing detailed product specifications and guidance to ensure the correct configuration and utilization of company products.
Develop comprehensive proposals and detailed quotations for dealers and distributors, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
Analyze, update, and manage pricing structures to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven working experience in the customer services function
Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on building relationships with dealers and distributors.
Good command of English.
