Work Arrangement: Onsite

Location: Bangkok

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle price offers, sample requests, and sales volume follow-ups with Thai and overseas agencies/customers. Prepare sales reports and manage order receipts.
  • Address customer complaints and work with other teams to resolve them.
  • Coordinate document requests from customers to meet food standard requirements.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to keep them satisfied.
  • Convert customer inquiries and leads into business data.
  • Monitor and compare actual sales with forecasts to track agency/customer performance.
  • Review and analyze order patterns and delivery times, and suggest better delivery routes for efficiency.
  • Organize customer visits.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in export business, preferably in the food industry.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 700.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, initiative, and proactivity. Highly self-motivated and able to act quickly.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, responsible, and with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have knowledge of food safety standards like HACCP, BRC, and ISO is preferred.
