Position: Corrective & Force Shutdown Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the preparation of the CM/PM and FSD budgets for all power plants.
- Supervise and monitor procurement and production of spare parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery at a reasonable cost.
- Oversee the management of backlog collection and appropriately group tasks.
- Ensure the efficiency of FSD operations.
- Supervise the planning of storage and usage of warehouse spare parts.
- Oversee the preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in collaboration with the Engineering Services (ES) for complete maintenance tasks.
- Manage the maintenance budget in accordance with the set plan, ensuring appropriate use of the budget for machinery maintenance to extend the lifespan of the equipment and maximize efficiency.
- Inspect and monitor the causes of issues, corrective actions, and preventive measures to facilitate maintenance work with flexibility and efficiency, ensuring all power plant machinery is always ready for operation during electricity production.
- The power generation process is highly complex, necessitating the use of engineering knowledge in maintenance, as well as appropriate application for the operational conditions to ensure equipment effectiveness and safety for operators
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments, such as production, technical, procurement, safety, external contractors, and foreign experts, to ensure maintenance work proceeds according to the planned schedule without delays in machine maintenance processes and within the appropriate budget.
- Manage and control safety risks related to machinery, materials, and personnel, such as flammable fuels, machinery with high heat and pressure, working at heights, working in confined spaces, hazardous dust areas, and noisy environments.
- Manage and supervise subordinates in various departments, as well as external contractors specializing in areas like mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control, ensuring they work in alignment with common goals and achieve maximum efficiency.
- Develop maintenance personnel by providing training in operational skills and technological knowledge, helping them specialize in their roles and enabling them to work accurately, quickly, and safely.
- Raw materials are sourced from various regions, each with different chemical compositions, leading to varying levels of corrosion and affecting the lifespan of machinery. Therefore, it is essential to maintain machinery to be ready for use at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degrees in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Instruments Engineering.
- More than 7 years of experience in power plant.
- Age not over 45 years old.
- Good Communication both Thai and English.
