Position: Continuous Improvement Engineer 

Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 THB / Month 

Location: Samut Prakan  

 

Continuous Improvement Engineer to work closely with Engineering Director (Expat) in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

 

Job Summary

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will:

  • Define and monitor the OEE of the production process.

  • Prepare process flows, standard times, and working standards.

  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

  • Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

  • Monitor productivity, breakdowns, and machine improvements to ensure quality and output.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects to boost production efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support throughput, Lean processes, line balancing, and waste elimination.

  • Coordinate and consolidate engineering information across international locations.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement within the food or pharmaceutical industries (preferred).

  • Experience in an MNC (preferred).

  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive leadership attitude.

 

Skills & Knowledge

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong expertise in using spreadsheets and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of TPM or any continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Experience as an Industrial Engineer or in production management.

  • Proficiency with various problem-solving tools.
