Job Description :
• Expanding clients base and responsible for team sales targets (Employee Health & Benefits).
• Maintain good relationship with key clients, as a trusted consulting role.
• Analyzing market trends as well as coordinating with product development team to initiate best solutions to clients.
• Coaching team members in appropriate ways to deal with problems and challenges.
• Degree in relevant field, BBA, Risk Management
• 10+ years in Insurance Broker for Employee Benefits and experienced to manage 10+ team members, will be more preferred
• Strong in team management, negotiation, presentation, and sales skills
• Fluency in all MS Office & Database solutions
• Good English skills (Able to work with international team)
