Job Descriptions:
- Planning "GT Channel Strategies", directing, and executing all channels in responsible categories to be in line with company's objectives
- Driving by leadership end-to-end process of trade category plan and promotions with team members
- Identifying growth opportunities and expanding assortments and new distribution channels
- Developing "Go-To-Market" plan focusing on 4Ps, ensuring effective execution across channels
- Managing trade spending budget
- Collaborating on NPD launch plans across departments
Qualifications:
- - Master degree in Marketing or any related field
- - Min. 10 years of working experiences (5 years in management level) in Trade Marketing, Category Management, particularly in "General Trade"
- - Good command of English both written and spoken
- - Strong analytical-, excellent leadership-, inter-personal- skills
